This agreement was written in English, and in case any translated version of this agreement conflicts with the English version, the English version of this Agreement prevails over any other language version. OpusTown may ask you to review and accept supplemental terms that apply to your interaction with a specific app, product, or Service because OpusTown provides a wide range of Services, and those additional terms become part of your agreement with us if you use those Services.
1. Using our Services
OpusTown Services were launched with the belief that "we must respect an individual's equal right to use and reserve his/her
fundamental creativity, as such creativity makes an important contribution to our society overall" With this credo, OpusTown
provides you with a collaborative platform to help you find your hidden creative talents and facilitate collaboration of
creative talents of the entire humanity. This is why you must follow any policy made available to you within the Services. Do
not misuse our Services. You may use our Services only as permitted by law; if you do not comply with our terms/policies, or
if we are investigating suspected misconduct, we may suspend or stop providing OpusTown Services to you. To learn more,
read "Project Guideline" on OpusTown.
2. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. You may need an OpusTown Account in order to use some of OpusTown Services. You are
responsible for the activity that happens on or through your OpusTown Account. Keep your password confidential to protect
your OpusTown Account. You agree that OpusTown can use data of your usage of OpusTown Services in accordance with our
privacy policies. OpusTown can create and enforce separated-policies to manage privacy policies more efficiently and
effectively.
3. Sharing Your Content and Copyright
You own all copyright of the creative content and information that you created by participating in the collaborative platform
of OpusTown. OpusTown responds to alleged copyright infringement and terminates accounts of repetitive infringers
according to the process set out in the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act. By participating in collaborative platform on
Artibranding in a variety of ways, you agree to share the joint-copyright between members based on the rules of contribution
level defined by OpusTown, and you can exercise the copyright of the collaborative contents created on the platform by a
statutory rule or by the international guidelines about copyright. (Refer to

4. The Legal Right of Collaborative Content
Our collaborative platform is a Service to support collaboration and collect creative contents on OpusTown. What you engage
on the collaborative platform of OpusTown is based upon the premise that you share joint-copyright with the participants.
Therefore, whether you are an individual or an organization, you cannot violate rights against this principle. When copyright
infringement of any content created on our collaborative platform takes place, the violating parties have full responsibilities
for such intrusional acts of copyright, and you cannot create liability or obligation to OpusTown. If you think somebody is
violating your copyrights, you can ask OpusTown for support, and OpusTown can provide further investigation and support for
the affected user.
5. Safety
We do our best to keep Artibranding safe, but we cannot guarantee it. If you use OpusTown Services, you should not do
illegal activity on OpusTown Services as below:
o Act of posting unauthorized commercial communications such as spam on OpusTown
o Act of gathering user's contents or information using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or
scrapers) without prior permission of OpusTown.
o Act of unauthorized accessing in different way on OpusTown Services
o Act of pursuing unlawful multi-level marketing on OpusTown such as a pyramid scheme
o Act of uploading viruses or other malicious codes on OpusTown
o Act of requesting solicit login information or access to an account belonging to someone else
o Act of defamation, harassment, stalking, threatening, abusing or otherwise violating others' rights as defined by
applicable law
o Act of posting contents such as: hate speech, threatening, pornographic, any content that incites violence, and any
content that contains nudity, graphic, or gratuitous violence o Unlawful act, a vicious emotional assault and
discriminatory acts using OpusTown Services
o Act that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working or appearance of Artibranding such as a denial of
service attack or interference with page rendering or other OpusTown functionality
o Act that facilitates or encourages any violations of this Statement or our policies
6. Security of Account
If you provide false personal information to use OpusTown Services, it can cause serious problems in gaining your copyright
and exercising your own rights. It will be a big disadvantage for you. Therefore you should abide the following guide:
o You're not supposed to provide any false personal information on OpusTown, or create an account for anyone other than
yourself without permission.
o You should keep your contact information accurate and up-to-date, and you may need to be able to prove your own
information quickly.
o You should keep your contact information accurate and up-to-date.
o You should not share your password.
o You should not let anyone else access your account, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your
account.
o Your account cannot be transferred to anyone without following the standardized procedure and the permission of
OpusTown.
7. Protecting Other People's Rights
You will not post content or take any action on OpusTown that infringes or violates someone else's creative rights or the law.
You should not publish or share unlawful contents that can be viewed by everyone on Artibranding. You should respect each
other's right. For those who fail to do so, OpusTown can delete posted contents and information. If you repeatedly infringe
other people's intellectual property right, portrait right or personal right, OpusTown can close and disable your account. If
you collect information of another user, you have to obtain their consent and make it clear that you, not OpusTown, are the
one collecting their information, and post a privacy policy explaining what information you collect and how you will use it.
You should not post anyone's identification documents or sensitive financial information on OpusTown. You can report to the
OpusTown Help if you have experienced some inconvenience due to other user's behavior, and OpusTown does its best to
protect the user and to resolve inconvenience. You will not use copyrights or Trademarks of Artibranding, or any confusingly
similar marks, except as expressly permitted by guidelines of our intellectual property or with our prior written permission.
8. About Your Content in our Services
You can share your own ideas and creative content with others on the collaborative platform of OpusTown and gain your own
copyright through Services including requesting, participating and adopting. OpusTown makes no representations or
warranties, expressed or implied, regarding your normal activities on our collaborative platform. We can provide various
types of information through activities that will assist your collaborative process, but you have ultimate control of
authorization to approve and deny it.
9. Modifying and Terminating our Services
OpusTown can add or remove new applications and Services, and we can pause and completely stop our functional Services.
OpusTown is constantly changing and improving our Services for users. As you want it, you may discharge our Services at any
time, and OpusTown can also create or add new restrictions for our Services. In any approach to optimized collaborative
activity on the platform, it is important to recognize that you own your data, and you maintain your access to the
collaborative platform with your own ideas. If our Service is disabled or stopped, OpusTown will provide you with a proper
preliminary notification in a possible and reasonable way and we will make it possible for you to take out your data from
OpusTown. Your archived data on the collaborative platform of OpusTown continues to be retained with your joint-copyright.
You cannot request deletion or cancellation of particular content by stopping your participation to the collaborative platform
because it is co-created content.
10. Our Warranties and Disclaimers
Other than as expressly set out in these terms or additional terms, neither OpusTown nor our partners can make any
commitments about the content within the Services, the specific functions of our Services, or their reliability, availability, or
ability to meet your needs. To the extent permitted by law, OpusTown excludes all warranties unless absolutely compelled in
the exception situation of some jurisdiction, and OpusTown provides the Services "As it is". OpusTown tries to maintain
bug-free and safe Services, but you are responsible for the risk that can be caused by using our Services. OpusTown does not
guarantee that OpusTown will always be safe, secure or error-free or that OpusTown will always function without disruptions,
delays or imperfections. OpusTown is not responsible for the actions, contents, information, or data of third parties.
Regardless of whether you can recognize it, you exempt Artibranding, our employees and our agent from any claims and
damages arising out of or in any way connected with any claim you have against any such third parties.
11. Liability for our Services
If anyone brings a claim against OpusTown related to your actions, contents or information on OpusTown, you will indemnify
and hold OpusTown harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind like reasonable legal fees and
costs related to such claim. When permitted by law, OpusTown and our partners and agent will not be responsible for lost
profits, revenues, or data, financial losses or indirect, special and exceptional, consequential, exemplary, or punitive
damages. To the extent permitted by law, OpusTown provides usage rules of collaborative platform and Services to you and
OpusTown does not control and observe your actions or communications on OpusTown. In any cases, OpusTown will not be
liable any loss or damage that is reasonably unpredictable.
12. Disputes
The laws of the State of California will govern this Statement, as well as any claim that might arise between you and us,
without regard to conflict of law provisions. All claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services will be
litigated exclusively in the federal or state courts of Alameda County, California, USA, and you agree to submit to the
personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating all such claims. OpusTown may modify these terms or any
additional terms that apply to a Service to reflect changes to the law or changes to Services in collaborative platform or on
OpusTown. You should look at the our terms persistingly. OpusTown will post notice of modifications to these terms on this
page. We will post a notice of modified additional terms in the applicable Service. Changes will not apply retroactively and
will become effective no sooner than fourteen days after they are posted. However, changes addressing new functions for a
Service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified terms for a
Service, you should discontinue your use of that Service. If there is a conflict between these terms and the additional terms,
the additional terms will control for that conflict.
13. Definitions
By "OpusTown" or OpusTown Services" we mean the features and Services we make available, including through (a) our
website at www.opustown.com and any other OpusTown branded or co-branded websites (including sub-domains,
international versions, widgets, and mobile versions); (b) our Collaborative Platform of OpusTown; and (c) other media,
brands, products, Services, software (such as a toolbar), devices, or networks now existing or later developed. OpusTown
reserves the right to designate, in its sole discretion, that certain of our brands, products, or Services are governed by
separate terms. "Platform": space that helps your team securely progress and collaborate on any creative activity of projects
from various locations. "Information": Facts and other information about you, including actions taken by users and non-users
who interact in OpusTown Services. "Content": Everything that users post, provide or share while using Artibranding Services.
"Creative Content": Participated or adopted contents in collaborative platform of OpusTown. "Point": Point indicates a level
of contribution of participants during any process in collaborative platform. "OSR": Ownership Rate (OSR) of joint-copyright
that is calculated and displayed from gained points when a project is over in collaborative platform. "Data": Any data,
including a user's content or information that you or third parties can retrieve from OpusTown or is provided to OpusTown
through Platform.
14. Other
These Terms make up the entire agreement between the parties regarding OpusTown, and supersedes any prior agreements.
If any portion of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portion will remain in full force and effect. If we
fail to enforce any of these terms, it will not be considered a waiver. Any amendment to or waiver of these terms must be
made in writing and signed by OpusTown. You will not transfer any of your rights or obligations under these terms to anyone
else without our consent. All of our rights and obligations under these terms are freely assignable by OpusTown in connection
with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or by operation of law or otherwise. Nothing in these terms shall prevent
OpusTown from complying with the law. These terms do not confer any third party beneficiary rights. OpusTown reserves all
rights not expressly granted to you. You comply with all applicable laws when using or accessing OpusTown.

On OpusTown, you can modify your preferences by modifying your user settings and attributes on the web and platform displayed on OpusTown such as your favorite creative areas. Artibranding can require you to make your profile name and profile photo appear in the shared endorsements that appear on the collaborative platform.
[How to share creative ideas on OpusTown]
For creative collaboration, you can use our Services to connect and collaborate with others who have various talents. In the
first stage of creation, you should propose and share specific concepts with others on the collaborative platform. In this way,
anyone can participate in this collaborative platform and work together with the specific concepts in the center. The
collaborative platform connects creative ideas among users through requests and open participation. Based on this concept,
anyone can join the collaborative platform and complete creative content by a process called 'adoption'. All users are equal
when it comes to this concept and users share joint-copyrights based on their contributions. OpusTown provides better
connection and communication by analyzing activity data on the platform.
